Food you should include in your diet plan!

Losing weight is one of the things in my bucket list but I don’t really consider to starve. I made myself including these things in my diet plan and guess what? It really helps me control my weight by eating.

Also, you have to be fit and active enough Physically. Remember to stay fit, 20% of the role played by exercise.

And 80% (major role) is undoubtedly by food intake.

Without any further explanation, let’s jump to list.

1: Green Tea.

I am a tea lover. But that regular milk tea has more than 160 calories. Green tea has less calories and it detoxifier does magic in the body.

Here is the recipe for amazing green tea you can have daily.

2: Ginger

Ginger decreases your lipid cells. And it also let your digestive system on the way. Garnish it with your daily dishes, or have it with teas.

It will soothe your mood and foodmood too.

3: Oatmeal

It’s the best, the best way to start your day. Oatmeal contains a lot of fibre.

My personal experience contain a whole bowl of oatmeal in morning and trust me! you’ll be proud of your diet plan as you won’t be hungry for 4-5 hours.

4: Lemon

Lemon is magical in your diet plan. just squeeze half of the lemon on about one and a half litre of water. For something really quick results, have spoonful of lemon in Lukewarm water  in the morning.

5: chia seeds.

Chia seeds are magical. They’ll be increasing your energy and metabolism.Diet plans will be coolest in summers when you make juices including chia seeds.
